Self-Service Portal Update

The recent resurrection of our help desk system, BMC/Numara Track-It! brought a few tweaks.  Among those is a simpler login process to the Self-Service portal.

The Self-Service portal is located at .  This link is included in every help desk email sent to users as well.

The splash page for the Self-Service portal is shown at right.  Select the select the "Login using your Windows account" link.

In the popup authentication window, enter your ESSD network username and password.

That's it, you're in the portal.

Several resources are available to you through the portal such as viewing all the information on your help requests, searching the solutions database, and adding a new work order.
