Back To School Technology Info

Custodial, maintenance and technology staff are racing to finish summer projects and put classrooms and offices back together for the start of school.  Tech staff will be performing building walk-throughs beginning August 6 and continuing until the day before school starts.  During the walk-through the building tech will verify that all technology has been connected and working appropriately.

How Do I?  Can I?

New and returning staff can find information about technology resources in several locations.

On a district computer, navigate to the Staff Share > [All-District Documents] > Technology Documents folder.  Here you will find such documents as:

  • Board Policies about technology
  • Network Printer and Copy Guide
  • Everything You Need to Know About ESSD Voicemail and Phones
  • Help Desk Self-Service
  • Tech Department Polies and Procedures
  • Technology Service Level Agreement

Want to read up on these while at home or on a mobile device?  Login to the Numara Track-It! Self Service Center (more information found here) where all the above documents and more may be found in the solutions section.  The Self Service Center will also provide you with behind-the-scenes views of the progress on your help desk requests.
